I was able to walk right in, buy a ticket, get snacks and smoothly get to my seat. The front area was clean and well lit. Though the machine at the front didn't recognize my number to give me my points, I was able to still get them after the movie by going to the customer service desk.
The only complaint I have is that the theater I was sitting in was not one with reclining seats.

Its very easy to buy tickets online with the Santikos app. I like that I get rewards when I buy tickets or concessions. The theaters are clean and comfortable.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Popcorn is ok . Your food items can be pricey, but are good tasting.

Theatre is clean, quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The popcorn is fresh and drinks are ice cold and not watered down. I highly recommend this theatre above all others

What I would like is to have freshly popped Popcorn. It was a little dry & stale.
I always have a wonderful experience when I go to Casa Blanca Santikos, everyone is always so helpful and very nice. I’ve had the best customer service there. One time another customer cut in line in front of me and was extremely rude about it when I confronted him about it. A concession worker saw that and waved me over because their line had just finished. I was so relieved and it added to my great evening. After the end of every movie the workers who clean the theater are always so kind and sometimes even funny when they are thanking the guests for attending. I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome the staff and experiences I’ve had at Santikos have been, I gladly recommend it to everyone
