For the most part, the staff is nice and helpful. The food is pretty good for movie theatre. Drinks are good also. I'd only say the seats could be a little clear but overall a great experience.

Although I didnt have the best experience the first time around, Santikos customer service is elite. Even after reimbursing me for my movie tickets and submitting a request to have my concession items refunded, Adam still reached out to make sure I recieved an explanation, Apology and that my issue was resolved. I like all the different options of purchasing tickets. It was fast and easy. My rewards add up fast and it is a great experience when taking my son to enjoy movies which he loves. I do also enjoy the promotions available for us that do not have a lot of extra money.
