Yesterdays Super Tuesday was a very nice surprise. Outside of that the feel of this specific location was as always very grand.
For the most part, the service is great. The last time I was there, the clerk at the desk failed to acknowledge my presence.

I was able to walk right in, buy a ticket, get snacks and smoothly get to my seat. The front area was clean and well lit. Though the machine at the front didn't recognize my number to give me my points, I was able to still get them after the movie by going to the customer service desk.
The only complaint I have is that the theater I was sitting in was not one with reclining seats.

Its very easy to buy tickets online with the Santikos app. I like that I get rewards when I buy tickets or concessions. The theaters are clean and comfortable.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Popcorn is ok . Your food items can be pricey, but are good tasting.
