What I would like is to have freshly popped Popcorn. It was a little dry & stale.
I always have a wonderful experience when I go to Casa Blanca Santikos, everyone is always so helpful and very nice. I’ve had the best customer service there. One time another customer cut in line in front of me and was extremely rude about it when I confronted him about it. A concession worker saw that and waved me over because their line had just finished. I was so relieved and it added to my great evening. After the end of every movie the workers who clean the theater are always so kind and sometimes even funny when they are thanking the guests for attending. I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome the staff and experiences I’ve had at Santikos have been, I gladly recommend it to everyone

I like how easy it is to buy tickets and buy food. the ordering system for anything is wonderful. I like the loyalty program and the bar. Santikos is a wonderful entertainment center.

This last visit had lukewarm popcorn & the Coke freeze had very little flavor. This was the first time I ever had an issue at Santikos. The theater & restrooms are always clean. I like that they offer military day & reduced prices on Tue. The new family day is great & free movies are awesome however zi wish they would keep the handicap seats reserved for those with disabilities. This visit there was a little issue with a senior discount. The lady at the counter was extremely nice, kept me informed of what they were doing, & thanked me for my patience. I enjoy going alone or with my family and we will continue to frequent this fantastic place!

Felt welcome . At the snack bar was reminded about my points I had toward my purchase. Theater and restrooms were clean.
I had a minor inconvenience with a gift card but Adam Moya went out of his way to offset that inconvenience.
