I am a long time Santikos patron, primarily to the Palladium. But I have been going less and less because of constant audio problems. For years, I have reported movies where the audio is out of sync or (more often) the primary dialog track is exclusively coming out of a single speaker on the far right or left of the screen (all other audio--ambient noise, background dialog, f/x, etc--is in full surround). Not once has it been fixed. Probably because no other patrons notice or care to comment on it. This was our second visit to Casa Blanca, and during the previews I noticed the audio was a half second ahead of the video. I mentioned it to an usher, steeling myself for an entire movie with poor sound quality. To my delight, they shut it all down and actually fixed it before the feature started. I honestly can't remember the last time a problem like this was fixed. Casa Blanca is a long drive from our house (right near the Palladium), but this experience has now made it my theater of choice. Please thank the staff for me.

Ease of getting tickets early, walking right in to get snacks with little wait and going right to that movie. With 2 small kids ease of use is priority.

Everything has been great......although one time the fire alarm went off and shut down the movie for about 20 minutes. Nothing was offered...

I really like the reserve seating so you know exactly where you're sitting with your loved ones. I really liked how the seats are large accommodating clean how they staggered and stadium-style so you always have a great view of the screen. I love how the new building is big clean inviting the kiosks to get your tickets or very on point, super duper, great.
