I love that for certain showings you have a call button on the reclining seat to order. It sometimes gets hard to just leave and get something extra, so this is a definite perk.

Friendly staff, great reclining seats, awesome sound system, however my husband and I ordered food and felt it was left to sit there for a while because the food was cold by the time it was served. We decided not to order from there again!

i like the way the seats extend from the legs, since my legs get swollen when I seat for a long time. I like the screens' new technology, the colors and picture of movie are very vivid and clear. Aside from the movies, there is a lot of entertainment for persons of all ages.

The ability to recline,, larger seats, swivel trays attached to seats, more comfortable/cushioned seats & wider aisles keep me going to Casa Blanca even though Palladium is significantly closer to me. I'm also enjoying the rewards program!
I like everything about the new theater clean friendly employees. The only thing I would suggest that you have movie showings Monday through Friday starting at 1130 because a lot of us are retired and would like to see a movie before we pick up our grandchildren from school at 230. The later show times are not good for getting in and out on time
I'm 61 years old and handicapped. I needed to go to the ladies room while my sister was in line for food. I called to her to bring my stub so I can go into the ladies room and a manager heard me and told the man collecting the tickets to let me in for the ladies room.

This location is kept very clean. The seating in each theater is very roomy and comfortable. The staff has always been very friendly and professional.
Recliner seats!
Clean and well maintained. The reclining seats are my favorite. One issue, this is maybe the third time I've been there to view a movie and after the previews, when the actual movie started, the overhead house lights were still on. one of the movie patrons had to leave and ask a staff member to turn off the lights this is the third time.
Buying tickets from my mobile device is sleek and easy. The rewards programs are great! The facility is top notch!
