We wanted to use our rewards points and everyone was so helpful. We went to customer service and was assisted by what seemed to be a new employee. He was assisted by a manager who helped us use our points to purchase our tickets. We waited at the bar and were assisted by the bartender Oswaldo who was very nice and helpful even asked us what we were going to be watching and talked to us about the latest movies. We then went to get some popcorn using our points again and the girl provided us with our free popcorn and let us know we still had points to use. We went for a slice of pizza where we are also treated very nicely and assisted quickly. Every team member we came in contact with was very nice
Close to home, cleanliness, and the fact that it serves you at the theater. I like the ones with reclining chairs too.

I am unable to log in to see my rewards using my email and phone number it says one is no correct. we joined yesterday and paid our 8.00 so I'm not sure what's up.

Love the new clean theater and the comfortable recliner seating. Just wish all the theaters offered the recliner seating.

reclining chairs are fun....several options to choose from once in the building is nice, although I would only use the café menu.

Clean theater, comfy chairs and close to home. We were frustrated that the movie had started earlier than the published start time (and the start time printed on our tickets), so even tho we were early we missed at least the first 10 minutes of the show - was hard to catch up.

You keep the establishment clean. You also have courtesy workers that politely direct you to where you need to go. I love being able to order from my seat and the reclining chairs are the best.
