I like the ease of choosing my own seats with the Santikos app. I also enjoy the rewards program - sometimes I have enough points that all our family snacks are free or almost no charge! The theaters are restrooms are always clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Also I appreciate the sheriff staff standing by in case of emergency.

I like the fact that there are so many staff available for any questions you may have. And the cleanliness of the theaters. The seats are roomy and so are the arm rests. Also, being able to pick your seats is very convenient. The tickets being spit out with no warning was a bit weird.

I love that Santikos gives back to the community! My husband and I go to the movies once a week as a date, and we always know we are going to get the VIP treatment when we visit Santikos! Casa Blanca is the closest theater to our home, and the people at the theater are friendly and helpful.

I love the new theater. I bought tickets online and the next day realized I had bought them for a Wednesday and not a Tuesday. It was not a problem and they fixed it at Guest Services. Another night I bought six tickets online and one person could not go so they gave me a credit (free pass) which was great as I come to the movies there several times a week.
Great theatre, very hi tech. Razor sharp picture, crystal clear sound. However in theatre 6 there is air condition vent that rattled the entire time and it really needs to be fixed. Can't be that expensive. It detracted from the whole experience and I could not find a manager to report it to.
