Customer service was excellent. I needed to cancel my ticket about an hour and a half before Showtime because of an emergency at my church. Since the app is still not working correctly for Casablanca, I had to call the number and speak to someone to get the ticket canceled. The young man was very helpful and very apologetic that the app is not working correctly. I wonder when you’re going to get Casablanca added to the theaters on the app so I can start using it again.
