Would have been a 10 but continue to have to use the website for Casa Blanca to book a ticket vs using the Santikos app. It has been months since Casa Blanca has been taken off of the app. When will it be put back?

Went on a Tuesday when the movie is $5 and some snacks are $5. Helps the wallet! However it gets crowded because of course everyone wants to take advantage of this offer.
We love Santikos theaters they are easily accessible and the staff is very friendly. I especially like the military Mondays and the 4.99 Tuesdays just wish more than the popcorn and drinks are $5.00.

I was able to purchase my tickets and get my food at concessions with no wait at all.
Everything was great, the theater and restroom were very clean. The customer service was also very good. Everyone was very nice and attentive.

We ordered tickets for a 6:45 showing and showed up late due to a car accident and the staff graciously refunded the tickets so we could attend a later showing.

I love Santikos theatre. I like the Casa Blanca location. The workers are great. The theatre is always clean. I love the rewards program.
Tuesday prices , reward program , AVX , pretzels , friendly service , nice facility, usually clean.
Ease of selecting and purchasing tickets. Atmosphere, concession and lobby areas were neat and clean. Theater seating was clean. It would be nice if the automated ticketing machines saw more frequent attention, credit card readers didn’t always work correctly.
