I had a family emergency & was distraught & had to return my tickets & it was unbelievably simple & fast. Thank you for understanding. We did return the next day after the whole ordeal was somewhat settled.

I like that this location is a one stop shop! Movies, games, food that isn’t just popcorn and hot dogs, and i really love that you have coffee and sweet treats too!

Everyone is very professional and friendly. I asked for fresh popcorn that was just being made, I didn’t get any hesitation what so ever from the CSR which that made my day. Once again excellent customer service.

I was struggling with my food and Jailen helped me with my items. He even filled my 2 cups with coke icees like my girls wanted. He’s awesome and very helpful. Good job Jailen for being such a gentleman... and good job Santikos for having him on your team.

The seating and the ample space given. The cleanliness is very important but most of all the wonderful people who work here. Casa Blanca is my first choice before any other theater choice we have.

using the website to purchase tickets is extremely easy to use and the customer service at the theatre is even better! the entire casa blanca facility is a perfect example of convenience, comfort and technology. What a great place!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Was there for an advanced screening of #FIFTYSHADESFREED. Very nice theater! I just hate I lost my bank card at the concession stand there and NO ONE turned it in. Interesting. Kendall was the cashier, very nice person.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I use to wait for the movies to hit the store shelves but since you installed recliner seating, I have made frequent visits to the theater. The recliners have made a difference in comfort and for that reason i will continue to attend a showing as long as its in a recliner chair.
