Recliners
The theater was very clean and comfortable. I also like that there are areas to hangout with friends before or after the movie. You can relax and have a coffee, a drink or food with friends or while waiting for your friends to meet you there. The bowling alley is great and it beats being out in the summer heat. I could hangout there all day and have a great time.

The clean environment
It's an all around awesome theater, has something to offer for the whole family! I really enjoyed the Dine In theater! The food is delicious and served by great smiling faces!
I like the food options and the reclining seats.
I do want to mention that I wish employees would ask for your reward number consistently when they take a food order.

People are nice and helpful
Theater and outside areas are nice and clean. Only thing I would complain about is the mustard for my pretzel was watered down and squirted everywhere.
The recliners. I had F1&2. Although the seats behind us made noise while reclining. In screen 5 @4pm showing yesterday. Bathrooms were clean. Positive atmosphere. Most of the youngsters you have working for you seemed non engaging with customers/patrons. Northwest 14 they do. They say thank you come again..

The theater was clean and well lit. The sound and screen were excellent. And, most importantly, the crowd was cool and friendly.

I love the big screens and the awesome sound system in the theaters. Its great that we have so many screens available. I also love the food and the bar.

Nice clean atmosphere. Recliner seats are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is some but not all associates at popcorn stand are rude and not to friendly. Other than that it's a very good environment.

Casa Blanca is my favorite theater I have been to so far
The staff was friendly and willing to go that extra mile to make our experience as pleasant as possible. We had ordered ordered popcorn and were going to get butter in the front by the registers but it had ran out and Ivan happily filled it up for us so we wouldn't have to go in the hallway where the movies were playing. We were there for the popcorn only and not to watch a movie because we were watching movies at home since my nephew is special needs and crowds make him extremely nervous. So a BIG thank you Mr. Ivan at Casablanca working the registers around 4pm yesterday! My nephew loved his popcorn!
