I love going to Casa Blanca but tonight’s visit was the first time we had a less that exceptional experience. We were in theater 13 in seats H 1-3, it seemed like there was a speaker out next to us as the sound during The Lion King just didn’t seem right. At one point we heard crackling. Then the couple sitting next to us seemed to have has a few drinks before coming in and then had a few more during the movie. The entire movie they were talking, had their phone out, laughing, and overall just making a bunch of noise. Had we not been looking so forward to this movie I would have gotten up to complain but unfortunately I didn’t want to miss any of the movie. So disappointing.
I love this theater. The seats are comfortable and the service is fantastic.
