The variety of menu options available are exceptional. I also like the drink holders in each seat in the theater; the seats are amazing.
I believe Casa Blanca to be the premier/supreme theatre in all of San Antonio as it took over the Palladium’s spot years ago. It’s strategic location has led to countless occasions of sold out shows and humongous crowds due to how close it is to everyone. Of course the theatre is beautiful inside as well as it is outside and the movies look great on the big screens. The only gripe I believe people may have is that with the recliner theaters, there isn’t enough room for taller people to completely stretch out without being in people's way who are walking or having their feet touch the top of the person’s chair below them. I recently visited the new Cibolo location which is all recliner theaters and that of course was built bigger to allow more room in the aisles. Overall though, that small flaw in Casa Blanca is so minuscule in the face of all the positives that the location has.
The seats are very comfortable although some of your employees could use customer service as well as checking on people sitting on seats that did that they didn't purchase

$30/hour for a bowling lane is a good price, considering the condition of the equipment and ambiance of the area, especially since a party could have up to 4 or 5 people.

i like everything about the movie teather but i dont like the customer service lately my daughter and friends went to see annabelle last week and come back home very upset because they ask them about the id they didnt have it but the man was RUDE,ROUG and acting like he was the owner and they asking for money. This is the first time and i asked them to write the name because there are many ways to say no and dont make feel the person bad. that was at the door of the movie at 11 pm show, nothing to do with silverado or regal cinema where the courtesy and respect is 200% every single time. Before i had problems at the concesion stand customer service again but at least it was bad service but no offensive. Anyway before that i use to think was good place now i told all my friends, and ask everybody take names and report to make sure not happen again. we go to spend our money and should b as most of the times a nice place, good quality and good experience.By the way i took my kids and they like everything and the man wasnt around or illl call the manager. thanks for asking.

I love Santikos, it has changed my experience with movie theaters. I love going to any Santikos, I love being at any Santikos, and I will always love Santikos. My personal theater is Casa Blanca, I always will go there and I will always have a special part in my heart.
Love the reclining chairs. Going to be honest, the pizza and mozzarella sticks leave much ti be desired, but the theater itself is great. Love the self-service drink station and that you guys have popcorn salt available.
