What did you like about your Santikos experience?

People are nice and helpful
Theater and outside areas are nice and clean. Only thing I would complain about is the mustard for my pretzel was watered down and squirted everywhere.

The recliners. I had F1&2. Although the seats behind us made noise while reclining. In screen 5 @4pm showing yesterday. Bathrooms were clean. Positive atmosphere. Most of the youngsters you have working for you seemed non engaging with customers/patrons. Northwest 14 they do. They say thank you come again..

I love the big screens and the awesome sound system in the theaters. Its great that we have so many screens available. I also love the food and the bar.

Nice clean atmosphere. Recliner seats are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is some but not all associates at popcorn stand are rude and not to friendly. Other than that it's a very good environment.

I like the recliners and the big screen. We've been going to Santikos since I moved here to San Antonio since 2007. They've always been a great experience. We don't use any other movie theathers.
