The ambiance and the delicious food.
It's very organized and people friendly and I like that u can your own drink and butter for your popcorn I like lots of butter. The seat are very comfortable with lots of room and recline .
Clean area...staff with always with a smile...bowling alley...video games...fresh food...recliner chairs comfortable I once fell asleep for a few minutes...I always enjoy going to the theater

Plenty of space and really clean
Casa Blanca is nice, usually very clean and employees are friendly. The only thing that annoys me is I am handicapped and unable to walk stairs. When trying to purchase tickets online it will not let me buy on the first row because they are companion seats. I can understand saving one as a companion seat next to a wheelchair (as I’ve been in a wheelchair a few times over the past 10 years). But other disabled people should be able to buy tickets on the row. Another thing, as a Santikos card holder, I’d like to see the handling fees removed for buying tickets online. Thank you for listening.

Always a great time with great people and it never feels crowded.
The service and friendly staff. Also the clean areas lobby and inside the theaters. The drink areas sometimes might need attention.

What I love about Casa Blanca is the convenience of being close to home, the service customer provided by everyone and the comfort of the seats. It reminds me of being in Germany and going to the Kino back in the 80s. Loved the place. Thanks for being here.

Casa Blanca is just a great theater never have an issue with the place, only thing that needs a tweak is the soda machines seem like they need an adjustment but other than that perfect.
