I received a very prompt reply from Asst. Manager Marika Danny over a negative experience I recently had at the Casa Blanca location. Marika was kind and extremely generous in her response and it is much appreciated. Marika exhibits the friendly, customer-first attitude that I am accustomed to experiencing at Santikos theaters. I have mentioned this a couple of times you would do well to have a cart to take seniors and disabled to theaters that are far. The Del Webb community is just up the road from Casa Blanca. We live in the community and i have heard several times ho convient this would be.
