Location and cleanliness
Seats are great, the theater is always clean. I also like the rewards program and the food selection is good.

My husband and I went to the movies for the first time in quite a long time. The counter staff were very courteous and theater seats comfy.

I took my kiddo out for a movie date and of course got a mountain of snacks...because I'm a pushover and can't say no to his smile sometimes. I really like the surprise of finding out I have a free popcorn AND a $5 credit. I'm a single mom, and my budget can always use some flexibility.
I like the atmosphere and cleanliness of the theaters.
On another note, I noticed that you do not have any handicap access doors as one enters the building. Luckily, when I take my mother in her wheelchair, I do have my sisters to help me open the door. Do you know when you will have handicap access entrance doors?
I love the employees, the huge clean seats, the customer service ALL around, the food & the movies they show. My biggest compliment is how clean everything is & how easy it is to buy tickets. Everything is so smooth here & it’s always so much fun to be here! Also, I wanna say how happy I am that they show anime movies like ‘Weathering With You’ & the new ‘My Hero Academia’ movie. Please come here for the great experience!

My complaints
, when the staff deliver popcorn, it does not seem as fresh as when you pick it up from the concession. Stand yourself.
- staff talk to loud when the come to the seats and take the order. It’s like they don’t even try to whisper or move quickly so not to disturb ordering patrons.

The movies and food l also, think you should have seating for handicap and if someone buys the seat and not handicap be told if someone is then release the seat
Always a great time. This will always be our go to theatre for its convenient location to us and its amenities. Eating, drinking, bowling, gaming and a movie? What else is needed for family entertainment. World class establishment.
It’s a great theater—I can order my tickets through their website, employees are very friendly, & I know the concession prices are high, but I accept that. The menu variety is good—very good pizza, decent-size salads, & the soft pretzels are so good. I love being able to order food from my seat & have it delivered to me. My family & I have lived in many different states & countries, & Santikos theaters are the best.
