Santikos Casa Blanca is our favorite theater! We try to come catch a movie here at least once a month. This particular visit stood out with exceptional customer service from Grace! She took our food order and was so welcoming, kind, and informative. She exhibited a fantastic attitude, seemed to truly enjoy her job, and was very patient. She went out of her way to remind me that I have a free birthday movie ticket expiring soon, which I wasn’t aware of! Grace went above and beyond as a customer service agent, and made our experience all the better! She is a terrific example of a great customer service representative.

Nice modern, comfortable facility! Love food choice. Only complaint is the toilets are to far away if you are at the theaters at either ends of the building.
