I appreciated the fact I didn’t have to pay for VIP seating to get food and drink service. I hate missing parts of the movie for a food or drink run. It was really awesome!! It’s the little things like this that matter!!! Loved it!! Best girls night ever!! I think I’ll have a family night here next!! It’s great when mom can kick her feet up and get catered to for once!! We would like to commend the young man who assisted us at the snack bar, Cory V. He was welcoming, gracious, professional, and very helpful. It was one of our best experiences at a movie theater snack bar! Please commend him.

Santikos Casa Blanca the relaxing recliners are better than the others. People that have had back surgery. They can adjust the seat enough to enjoy the movie several times. The staff is very helpful. When ordering food the staff has been there so long, that they already remember what you like. Most theaters do not keep staff long enough. That tells me they care about their company and there customers. Please keep up the good work. My wife and i come here once a week. We will not go anywhere else. We have been to others. This is by far the best theater in Texas. Thank you
