Military Discount. Wish my presale a Star Wars tickets were for recliner seating. Did not like that I had to buy the Star Wars theme cup and popcorn buckets together for $20!
Il ike the reclining seats and the refreshment station. But the last two times I have been to the movies, I was unable to retrieve my online tickets through the kiosk. So that was a problem.

Broke down and went to see Star Wars 99. Bought two tickets up front, was asked about loyalty number and to put in info on pad. Then went to get requisite popcorn and soda. The associate there, Emiliano, was notable. He politely ASKED us for our info and then proceeded to remind us of all the goodness of the loyalty program. He applied the discounts proactively. Then pointed out some other things that were good to know. This young man was professional, looked the part and was extremely pleasant to work with. For a cranky old guy like me this is a reminder that I need to consider the good. Emiliano represented Santikos Casa Blanca well and because of this customer service experience I will be back. His behavior and bearing are something we all can emulate. Myself included. Well done!

We love Santiko. Our members # is Phone number removed. We go to the theater often and LOVE it! The staff is awesome and place is always clean
The only hiccup in our visit was the handicapped accessibility of the womens restroom. People in scooters can not go into the handicapped stall causing us to transfer our family to the toilet as strangers watched. Washing hands was very difficult as well as bending forward over the handle bars and reaching the water was not impossible just difficult. I would have included a picture of the scooter had there been a way.
Maybe someone could try maneuvering a scooter and see the problem fot themselves.
