It’s has a great family atmosphere. The establishment does not allow teenagers to loiter outside. Santikos takes pride in cleanliness. It’s just a really good theater.

The theaters are always clean. Everyone is so nice and there is something for everyone there.
It's a great place to bring my family. I love that there are so many options that some other theaters dont provide like choosing to see a movie with or without table service. Sometimes I dont have the extra cash to get food as well and it helps for my kids not to see other people eating what they cant have. I just became a rewards member and I've already gotten to enjoy the perks! The fact that y'all give back is very important to me as well. Doesn't hurt that it's a beautiful place to enjoy being in for part of our day.

The family and I have enjoyed this facility ever since opening day. Today’s prices have been more than I believe they are worth, but at times I will use the facility.

We love the convenience to our home and the cleanliness. Seats are very comfortable whether just rocking or reclining.
The only thing I would like to see is outdoor benches or some type of seating. We are elderly and my husband uses a cane to access the theatre. I drop him at the curb for convenience but with his breathing issues it's hard for him to walk the complete distance into the seating inside. Also - when we are leaving it would be nice to have a seated area where he could wait while I bring the car around. All of your other theaters that we go to (Palladium, Silverado, BIjou) have seating available before you have to enter the theater. I know it's not a "mainstream" issue but older people would really appreciate it.
Can't make a negative comment about any other aspect of any Santikos theater.
