All the staff that was working there. I was very pleased with the customer service and smiling faces. They treated us like we were VIP guests. My son and I both enjoyed the facility and the seating arrangements. Definitely going to visit again and again.

Like that they have a bowling alley. Hadn't done that in ages. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Of course their choice of food and snacks is marvelous.

The theatre was very clean and I love how the process is so easy from buying tickets to getting snacks. I also love getting to choose my seats ahead of time.

Love the state of the art facility. Having the bowling alley is pretty cool. Our family enjoys the movie nights at Casablanca.

Manager listened to my concerns and was able to rectify the situation. She responded quickly to my concern. I will not let one bad experience keep me from going back to Casa Blanca. I have gone several times and overall they do have exceptional customer service and a clean theater.
