Every single employee we came across was so friendly. We had an interaction with 5 employees and they all did an excellent job and were so sweet and kind.
There were not alot of people in the theater I was in and I like how every thing as far as seating was spaced out. It was my first time going to Casa Blanca but I will definently be going back to see another movie next week.
We were taken care of from the moment we entered the building until we left. I could see all the staff smiling through their masks.
I loved that they incorporated the social distancing and the theater smelled so clean and I think that the seats are brand new or that's how good they smelled.
I love the movies and santikos theaters are the only ones I have ever loved coming to. I missed you guys so much and so I went to go see the Hunt and it was awesome sound and big screen!! I also loved that the popcorn and soda were only 5 bucks! Really helped. I had no business spending and I was like I need to get out! Well, that discounted price just made it that much better and I felt less guilty. Either way totally worth it!

My family has been going to Santikos Casa Blanca for awhile and it has always been a good experience. We just saw Trolls World Tour when the theater reopened with covid-19 protocols. I felt safe and comfortable with my 6 year old son. Yes that movie is available online and tv but nothing beats the movie experience. I felt the safety measures in place were appropriate.
I have always loved Casa Blanca, however, I am not a fan of the COVID precautions that have been put in place. I believe that there should be a greater variety and more movies playing, they should open the kitchen (not just popcorn and soda). Don't require patrons to stay so far away from each other...allow people to sit together (not just 2 people apart). I do love that you do not require us to wear masks.

It was nice to finally be back in a theater. All the staff was very well prepared and polite with all the crazy COVID-19 stuff going on. Even though it was a slow Wednesday afternoon, it was a nice break from busy grocery and retail stores. May be like this for a while but y’all are doing it right taking it slow.

I really like the fact that your company gave me and my children some distraction and change of pace from being stuck in the house. I really appreciate that your employees where very attentive. The Facilities where clean and ready for business. I appreciate the fact that you do not require a face mask especially since no one in my house has coronavirus or any symptoms from the coronavirus. The majority of people have been in self quarantine and I thank you for opening your doors to my family and I.

I really enjoyed how we did not have to touch items, everything was taken care by the wonderful workers. The workers were friendly whenever we passes by them. The theater room were also clean. Santikos is me and my family's go to theater!
