Every time I go the workers are always friendly, helpful and the place is very clean from the lobby to the restrooms! I enjoy going to Santikos movie theater at least twice a month.

The biggest compliment anyone can have is that their staff is always friendly. I always feel welcomed. The second is though I didn’t get to stay other than order popcorn to go, it’s fun being able to bowl, have a coffee, play some games and watch a movie all in one night.

I love the safety precautions you are taking in the theatre's and that you are providing two free movie tickets every week for a limited time.
I liked the social distancing. It felt safe. I wish masks were required in the bathrooms because no one had a mask on in the bathrooms.
I've come to Casa Blanca for years, and it has always been a great experience.
Lately however, the recliner chairs no longer feel as soft as they once were, but most importantly, due to covid I wasn't allowed refills to my drink like normal, so I likely will not be returning any time soon.
Once covid has ended and service returns to the way it was, I will return.

Right now as the situation is it was more comfortable and relaxing. Staff seem to be informed of needs to public and their safety as well as employer. Enjoyed being back.
The theater was clean when we went in. They definitely have the six feet apart rule in the theater and concessions. They ask you before you go in if you felt sick in the past two weeks. Everyone in the theater was wearing gloves and mask. Movie tickets were cheaper and so was the cost of popcorn and soda.
They are opened back up and allowing people to get out of their homes

I just went in to order popcorn to take home and everyone was nice and helpful. I ordered 3 large buckets and it was windy outside and the lady in front went to the back to get me something to cover the popcorn so it wouldn't fly away. Great costumer service. We love Santikos and Casablanca!!
