We always go to the movies on Monday, which to me, is very nice. Not to many people in the theaters.

I feel when I have an issue or problem and someone representing an establishment reaches out to me trying to resolve the problem tell a lot about how they value us as customers. After having an unpleasant experience Mr. Marika Dabney gave us an opportunity to revisit the Casa Blanca location and I am very please to say that we indeed had a good experience. Thank you Mr. Dabney for acknowledging my concerns. And, yes we are planning to visit this location again.?

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This theater is easily my favorite because of the value during matinee and all the self-service booths. My son and I recently were there to redeem complimentary voucher tickets. When the Star Wars movie came out we purchased back-to-back movies as we normally do for blockbuster movies. When the second showing was about to start we had to leave due to an emergency. This was the Silverado 16. The manager there was amazing! Without questioning the emergency got my receipt and marked it off then handed me to comp tickets. I wish I got her name to compliment her. Anyway we went to Casa Blanca to redeem our tickets at the self-service booth because the comp tickets say we can redeem at the booth. The booth didn't have a slot to enter the comp tickets when prompted to do so by the booth machine. So I had to see an attendant to get our tickets. However the attendant told us with a snarky attitude that the booth machines don't do the comp tickets. If were not in a hurry to buy snacks and get to our seats I would asked for a manager to let her know that's not how you speak to customers especially when you're following what the comp tickets say. Please fix your comp tickets to not say they can be redeemed at the booth if 1) this is not possible or 2) your staff is going to not be trained about this error and be a jerk about it. It was late and the lady was elderly so she might have been grumpy because it was past her bed time. So another solution is don't schedule your older staff so late if they can't handle it. Aside from that one incident Santikos is our go-to theater 90% of the time.

Everything is always very clean and runs a very seamless schedule. Everyone is always so polite and attentive. Great old movie feel in a modern movie environment.

Love the customer service! The distance from my house. I like that I can even just hang out at the bowling alley or hang out at the bar and get the best michelada made by Michelle the bartender.
