The quick customer service from the employees at the concession stand/drink station. I rated a 9 instead of a 10 because the arm rest and snack drink holder was dirty from the previous customers. I had to wipe them down with my own antibacterial wipes.
I like how safe they made me feel with the whole covid situation going on. Employees were VERY friendly, made me happy to be back.
We just went to our first movie experience post-covid and we highly enjoyed ourselves. We loved how clean everything was and the new procedures as far as the drink stations and the new seating spacing.
Amazing!! Super fast, very attentive staff. Sad that there are no refills on the large drink. I figured it was because you didn’t want germs being spread more from people constantly going to the drink area but then I realized that we aren’t even allowed in the drink area, it’s managed by one person who gets our drinks for us. So I don’t understand why refills are no longer allowed since the drink is already pricey as it is :( but that’s my only complaint! I love your theater it’s the only theater I ever choose to go to!
