The cleanliness of the facility during COVID-19. what I wish the establishment could change is the locations of bathrooms, they are very sparse and far from different theaters, maybe corporate can change that in the future, everything else is great along with the employees when we visit they are always polite and friendly
I love that you are offering this experience to members. My work schedule always conflicted with the free summer movies but now that the showings are good for multiple days and time slots I'm able to enjoy with my family.
It is OK but Pallidum is better.
I see people were wearing masks and that the theater is practicing social seating. I am enjoying the 2 free tickets per week.

I was impressed with the way Santikos is now handling social distancing. I like the way the bowling balls were already set at each lane and the distance between each group playing.

There were clear instructions and expectations for social distancing laid out everywhere! All employees and customers were wearing masks and the occupancy was very low in all areas making me feel safer. Thank you so much for giving us a way to enjoy our time during this pandemic.
I had a previous complaint about this theater. When I did the last feedback I got a response from the assistant general manager (Marika) who was very concerned, apologetic & very polite. She assured me the concern would be taken care of and how santikos conducts business especially for the safety of the customers. Thank you Marika. I'm happy to return to casa blanca for my movie enjoying experience.
