I went the first day they opened back up and I had no concerns at all. Rows were blocked off in the theaters along with several empty seats between people. It was a good experience overall.

I was very happy to be able to do something normal, like going to a movie. I really liked the distance between patrons in the theater. I appreciate the precautions the employees were doing for every ones safely. Thank you!
I liked the way Santikos is taking our safety first. I do miss the refills but I can live with no refills if its for everyone's safety. I do like the lower costs but I didn't kind paying a little more for the full experience. My family and I really enjoy the Santikos locations!
I love that there is enough room when you sit down with your popcorn and drink to enjoy your favorite movie and get to recline in the most comfortable seats ever. Thank you for creating this awesome theater. This is my most favorite place to go to when we are ready to have a great evening of fun

It was very good. I felt secured and plan to return to another movie. The staff was awesome😊😷
I respect the social distancing. I lost bowling and arcade and some kids combo, but the theater is squeaky clean.

I loved how convenient and safe everything felt. From the door being opened for us. To the drink being poured. This experience definitely put an ease to our mind.
The only issues I had was
1) Almost an empty theater and a couple sat one seat away from us. I’m sure they moved to get a better seat on their own. But it made us uncomfortable and caused us to move elsewhere.
Maybe some seat monitoring to insure everyone is in their assigned seats and six feet apart?. That would be nice.
2) PICKLES PICKLES PICKLES. I get one with my popcorn EVERY TIME. But was told you were not selling any at the moment, unfortunately. That was one thing I was looking forward to the most. Not an exaggeration.
Great service and outstanding hospitality. Thank you for that. My girlfriend and I attend a movie 3-4 times a month. We will definitely be back soon.
I appreciated the screening at the entrance. We came in just for popcorn to take home and it was excellent! The staff is always so nice. I look forward to being back in the theater for movies very soon!

Theater was extremely clean and staff was super friendly and ready to help! The gentleman that attended us at the beverage area on Saturday May 16th at the 7:45 showing was exceptional! Please pass along the message that his service was appreciated!

I was thrilled to be invited back to Santikos. The two tickets you have provided lays out the “welcome back” mat with a hospitable invitation.
I did not wear my mask as I did not feel threatened by contamination in any form. Your precautionary procedures for my protection were thoroughly in place and in sight.
Unfortunately, the only comfort missing was smiling faces and conversations among guests that are a bit of entertainment before entering the theatre. That is no fault of Santikos though.
