The quick customer service from the employees at the concession stand/drink station. I rated a 9 instead of a 10 because the arm rest and snack drink holder was dirty from the previous customers. I had to wipe them down with my own antibacterial wipes.

We just went to our first movie experience post-covid and we highly enjoyed ourselves. We loved how clean everything was and the new procedures as far as the drink stations and the new seating spacing.

I was so pleased when I attended my daughter's dance team event in one of your theatres. The generosity that Santikos shared during this time for these girls will not be forgotten. More than half of this team are seniors and you made a very special moment in time for them. The facility was very clean with great attention to social distancing and no touch procedures. Thank you Santikos for bring a little sunshine in our lives during this time.
