specific classes Hannah Morrison-yoga and Kevin Coles -Aqua Arthritis are extremely professional and very helpful ! The walking indoor track has been great too.

Before Covid-19 I was active at the “y”,
Involved in the exercise classes, played
Bingo and other did other activities which I enjoyed. Now when it is cold or raining I walk the track at the “Y” and I enjoy it.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My husband and I just love the WC YMCA! The staff is amazing and the class offerings are diverse and robust! We generally attend Deep Water Aerobic Exercise with Kevin and are very happy with the class...we need to diversify and utilize the facility more! But we love you guys and the WC YMCA on Airport Road! Keep up the good work. We are more than blessed to have the opportunity to attend. Plus we have made great "Y" friends who really care about each other!
Fabulous way to spend part of our day!
