Max is very responsible and does so well with thx kids! The girl who works with him is super sweet too. I like that they are part of the swim team, I think it’s important the kids see them giving back (my daughter is a young Marlin so this is really cool for her to see them giving back )
The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient with our daughter. Our little girl has improved so much simce we started her at the Y. She looks forward to her swimming lessons every week.
Good teachers and kids progressing in the skills they are learning
Very nice people

I love it that you sign up for classes. Your instructors are so nice and always “read the room “ they also seem to be happy while teaching and know so many members by name, that’s impressive!
Excellent senior programs.
I like the pickleball.
Hoping you find a way for the different level to share the little time available in the summer due to camp. Maybe alternate the days between Beginner/intermediate with the advance.

There are many options in ability, interest and time of your wellness classes/events.
The West Chester Y has a lot to offer, and the outdoor pool in the summer makes it well worth the membership. The few things that I would change/improve are below:
1. Removal of the Les Mills Grit class. The combination of Grit then Core outside on the turf was such a gem. No other Y's offered that combo, on an outdoor turf, with a dynamic instructor like Stephanie Puppulo.
2. Offer a few more classes outside on the turf, or if a person/people are out on the turf to workout, don't allow kids families to use it as a play space. It's such a valuable workout space, that few gyms have.
3. Offer more programming or open hours at the gym during holidays. Not everyone wants/needs to take off or be away from the gym then.
4. Offer a more consistent schedule with the Fit Truck. I have traveled to other gyms in the evening for a workout with the Fit Truck. It provides variety.
5. Consider more delays to opening, rather than full closures. I find that I'm looking into what other Y's are open so that I can get a workout in.

Stage 3 at West Chester Y has been very good. And the instruction by Sebastian very good. I would recommend this set of lessons highly.
