I like the way the staff interacts with my family. Every staff (e.g., member service, Y coach, personal trainer, swimming coach, and even life guard!) is awesome!

I like the classes, especially pilates, barre fitness and step aerobics. I plan on trying yoga. I also like the elliptical machine. The staff is very friendly.

Joining the West Chester YMCA was a fantastic decision for our family. My boys love the play area, I love the classes and the fitness center, and the whole family enjoys the pool facilities. We also take advantage of Parent's Night Out once a month and we love the fact that our family membership is offered at a discount because I am an educator. In addition, my four year old is looking forward to the soccer program beginning in a couple weeks and basketball this coming winter. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. I truly can't say enough about our continued positive experiences at the WCA YMCA. Keep up the great work!!:)

Facilities, Track, STAFF, Locker rooms spacious and clean. Would like 30 minute body pump classes geared towards older members, or kept the same but within 30 minutes . UMLY has 1 B P like this.

Well equipped Wellness Center. A variety of exercise programs for all age groups. Most especially, the WC Y is staffed with people who really care about its members, and they are more than willing to extend a helping hand to anyone needing help of one kind or another.

I am primarily an UMLY member. I like the many class offerings every day, especially the spin classes offered by the WCY. Every instructor is very friendly and welcoming, although I cannot say the same for some members. During enhancement week, there were clearly several members who were very put out by the fact that "UMLY people" were taking their space, spot, bike, etc. in class. We were even called "seat stealers". Clearly regulars have their routines and really did not enjoy "sharing their toys". I was away during UMLY enhancement week, so I cannot speak to whether or not UMLY people "did not share their toys", too. Perhaps next year, before enhancement week, members from both Y's might need a gentle reminder to welcome the visitors and not make them feel like "moochers".

Clean facility with friendly staff,plenty of exercise equipment and close to home.

We are members at UMLY but the indoor pools are not available for kids much right now, West Chester was great in welcoming us. We loved swimming at the pool.

My son and I love this place all year around. My son went to summer camp and currently has swimming lesson.

I like all that the YMCA offers to families. It's very family oriented and you provide childcare and great activities for children. The gym equipment is also new/updated and much cleaner than any other gym I've been a member of locally. The employees also keep an eye on members, which is also unlike any other gym. There is also a full sized pool, which is nice for lap swimming.

Excellent Summer Camp program. The online emergency/health info collection was a great way to collect important info all in one place. This is very important to me as a parent with a child who has serious food allergies. Staff was extremely helpful from registration all the way through the program. My daughter loved every minute of her week at camp. She can't wait to go back next year! Thanks so much.
