I love the front desk staff and the good wholesome vibe of the place.

The Y primarily provides me with facilities for lap swimming, but I often use the weight equipment as well.

I liked Judi Driscoll who was extremely accommodating and responsive to my needs and questions. I liked the camp councilors, - every one of them was professional, friendly, seemed to have a genuine interest in the children's comfortability at the camp. I didn't know as much about the daily activities other than the weekly updates sent.

Pool and counselors

The Y offers a great camp program. Signing up was easy. We only used the last week as my husband ended up in the hospital and the process was easy. The drop off and pick up is very easy and much appreciated!

It's great that our whole family can benefit from time at the Y - my husband and I in the gym, & my boys in the kid zone!

My son was 12 this year and he was not happy when I told him he would be going again to camp this year. Fast forward 2 weeks into camp...he no longer wanted me to pick him up early, so he could spend more time with his friends at camp. When camp ended, he said "it was the best year of camp ever!" The counselors were really great and he made a lot of new friends--he can't wait for next year.

My granddaughter loved meeting new friends and seeing old friends. There was a variety of activities and it kept her busy all summer long.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Being able to swim laps in the warm water pool -- the cool water in the lap pool causes me to cramp after about 20 minutes.

Good staffing

The facilities are very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. & the entire environment is almost ideal.

As I am a wheelchair bound VN veteran, all of the above qualities are especially important to me. I am very glad to have access to this wonderful Y and its good people.

Home away from home.

I like that there is childcare for me when I'm working out.

I like how friendly the staff is, the cleanliness of the facilities and mostly how they promote kindness in all children's activities, my daughters have been in the gymnastics program for years and it's had a very positive effect on their lives, thanks YMCA!😊

I appreciate the variety of equipment and programs offered. It's hard to stay motivated when you're limited to a few machines and barbells.

I am not a member of your West Chester YMCA............only a guest while my home Chester County YMCA was closed for the annual enhancement. I was very impressed with your West Chester YMCA facility and personnel. However, I expect that most people will want to be a member of their closest YMCA. So don't use my name in any publicity.

I like trying new classes and the friendly atmosphere. I like being active and the Y gives me lots of opportunities. Pickleball is one of my favorite.

I like the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. And the camp's this summer was outstanding. My daughter can't wait until next year.

Large variety of equipment with sufficient quantity you meet demand. I only wish that the indoor pool was available regardless of weather conditions.

Facilities are clean, staff friendly and always helpful. Y Locations are close to home.

I like the friendliness of the staff, friends I have made at the Y. I would like a cleaner Y. The floor in the upstairs classroom is not cleaned on a weekly basis. Lots of mud and dirt. I find the entire Y not as clean as it was a year ago.

That is my major complaint.
