There are lots of options of things you can do to stay or get into shape.

I attend the Gentle Yoga class on Fridays at 9:00 a.m. I love this class and the instructor, Karen, is super. Due to my work schedule, this is currently the only class that I'm attending. However, I will be retiring in the near future and plan to increase the number of classes that I take at the Y.

I enjoy the track, the pools, periodically the machines, and definitely the friendly staff and very clean facility.

All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. I'm extremely overweight and thought it would be awkward, but it's not. I feel very welcome here. I love the fact that my 12 year old can come without me. The classes are great and have very flexible times. I look forward to spending more time here!

After breakfast, the Y is my "go to" place. It wakes me up,gets my sleepy joints moving and invigorated me. My cardiologist loves that I am here five days a week. He always asks, "do you exercise?" Thank you for being there Y.

Multiple pools and expansive workout equipment and gym - keeps the whole family busy!

The fitness center now has enough of the cardio machines I like and circuit training machines are very good. Don't like the fact that I pay for swimming, childcare and basketball. Maybe consider a separate fitness center rate.
