I like all of the GBW YMCA branches so far. They are all nice and have great classes to offer. It is wonderful to be able to go to different YMCA's that are part of GBW, since some offer classes that other don't.

WCAY is really a lovely Y! The facilities are nice and the classes and instructors in the mind/body studio are excellent! We are here for the swim team and adore Coach Barry Smith and the fabulous instruction he provides.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. The facility we most often use is the fitness center at Oscar Lasko. It is well lit, cooled and clean.
My wife and I disappointed that the sanitary wipes that been available in earlier years have been replaced with spray bottles and paper towels. The towels disintegrate when you use them to wipe the sprayed surface.
I assume this was a change prompted by cost, inventory shrinkage and misuse.As a former business manager I understand why you made the change but would appreciate it if you could return to the former system.
When we visit the Airport Rd facility it is of course much busier but we have always enjoyed those visits as well.

The weight floor is never crazy busy. At least, not the times I’m there. I rarely have to wait for a piece of equipment to be available.
Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The former instructor Alyessia & her staff were great with my Brother .
My hats off to all staff who work with the intellectually disabled students in the water .

Love the West Chester Y! Besides they amazing team that works there (they are all helpful, supportive and actively making each member feel welcome!), I like that there are comprehensive programs that are geared to whole body health for all ages!

I love the classes. I especially like Jenny's spin class. As well as Jackie's Pilates class. They are excellent instructors !

The classes, location, instuctors(spinning, yoga, ) the staff at the desk or upstairs on the exercise floor are all great. We mainly use Airport Road, I have used in town once in a while. All good, keep up the good work!

I am very new as a member. Brian (staff) has been extremely helpful to get me started at your club. That is a huge factor.
