Home away from home.

I like that there is childcare for me when I'm working out.

I like how friendly the staff is, the cleanliness of the facilities and mostly how they promote kindness in all children's activities, my daughters have been in the gymnastics program for years and it's had a very positive effect on their lives, thanks YMCA!😊

I appreciate the variety of equipment and programs offered. It's hard to stay motivated when you're limited to a few machines and barbells.

I am not a member of your West Chester YMCA............only a guest while my home Chester County YMCA was closed for the annual enhancement. I was very impressed with your West Chester YMCA facility and personnel. However, I expect that most people will want to be a member of their closest YMCA. So don't use my name in any publicity.

I like trying new classes and the friendly atmosphere. I like being active and the Y gives me lots of opportunities. Pickleball is one of my favorite.

I like the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. And the camp's this summer was outstanding. My daughter can't wait until next year.

Large variety of equipment with sufficient quantity you meet demand. I only wish that the indoor pool was available regardless of weather conditions.

Facilities are clean, staff friendly and always helpful. Y Locations are close to home.

I like the friendliness of the staff, friends I have made at the Y. I would like a cleaner Y. The floor in the upstairs classroom is not cleaned on a weekly basis. Lots of mud and dirt. I find the entire Y not as clean as it was a year ago.

That is my major complaint.

Hours; pools; classes; staff; level of services for $$ is great. Facility is well maintained. Only wish is for a hot tub

The staff are helpful but not pushy or too intense.

We appreciate all that the Brandywine YMCA has to offer, from the dedicated and knowledgeable instructors, to the receptionists who greet us by name, to the kind and supportive members that we've met. We truly feel that we are part of a community!

As a member of Brandywine Y, we came to WC while our pool was closed. We like the warmer water, but wish there was more at 4 feet so we could get more of our body under. (We come to do arthritis exercises and light aerobics.) The private dressing rooms are nice, as is the friendly staff.

The facility is large and clean with ample parking. The exercise machines are modern and in good repair. There are many machines so one does not have to wait for long to be able to use an elliptical or bike etc. The bathrooms and locker rooms are well situated which makes changing cloths easy. I belong to another Y, and we lack many of the above amenities.

Really good price. For the family. Enjoy everybody at the Y. Also like that they have the y zone for the children.

The fact that I can use several branches. The staff is friendly and the teachers are very good.
