Diversity of choice for specialty camps

The staff at Upper Main Line YMCA is outstanding - they go above and beyond to ensure the safety of the kids and that the kids are having a great time!

I really like it that Camp UMLY accepts 3 year olds, provides swim lessons and introduces kids to activities like archery and canoeing that most families probably could not introduce their kids to without renting equipment. I also like the variety of programs - "traditional" camp as well as all the special camps. Also, it is great that the camp drop off and pick up are streamlined.

Fun camp!

Summer Camp is good.
As part of parents concern it will be nice if we have daily status of kid what they doing.

This was our first year sending our daughters (6 and 3.5) to the Y camp and we are unbelievably happy with our decision. We were looking for a program where they would be outside for the most, if not all of the day, meet new friends, and learn new skills. After 5 weeks we can safely say the YMCA camp checks all those boxes and more.
From the first day, both girls came home exhausted, happy, and excited to return the next day. Every single day has been the same. I have to give a special shout out to the traffic engineering masterpiece that is drop-off and pick-up each day. They have the car line moving during "rush hour" like a well oiled machine. Amazing job!
All of the counselors have been wonderful and keep the kids engaged each day. The themes have been fun and our girls are so excited to tell us all about the characters that came out each day. They loved Star Wars week and the "Queen of the YMCA" pie in the face battle. We are so excited to be a part of this summer program. Keep up the amazing work!

It is very organized. All the staff are very friendly. My son enjoys going and it seems like they are kept very busy! I appreciate the notes, continuously doing other activities and pool twice a day!

Woodsy's Pals camp has been wonderful for our daughter this summer. She loves it.

You keep the kids busy and safe! I also love the daily swim lessons, my son has felt so much more comfortable in the water and I believe he does better without us there as his crutch.

You guys are pretty much the best.
You have a great team. Its pretty awesome that you guys seem to enjoy it their also, because you guys are the same camp counsellor from year to year. This is our 3rd? Year (4th) We did virtual camp.
Their is no doubt that you guys and team and association are by far the best, you have my vote, blessings and when I make it big I'll definitely will remember your works and will be excited to be a donator...

Keeps them busy and they love the themes

Everything is run so smoothly and my kids come home each day so happy!!!

Happy with the development of the pickleball program and courts

My only interest, and need, is the warm indoor pool. For me, it its essential that I have access to this pool only and at a time when there is a lane free of camp kiddies.

For years I exercise at the YMCA .I like very much the Fitness fusion strenght GROUP CLASS ,at 8.15am .Before the COVI problem I used to attend that class MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY .
Today was my first day at the YMCA ,I enjoy reuniting with friends and my teacher TINA E in the fitness fusion group class at 8.15 am .
Please could you program the Fitness Fusion group class 3 times a week at 8.15 am ?

The staff and instructors are very welcoming

The staff is incredibly and intelligently helpful. The facilities I can use--the pools and the gym--are great. The other patrons at the pool and the gym, in their low-key ways, are as nice as can be; and they seem to be getting more so as time goes by.

I will soon be an octogenarian. I was severely wounded in Vietnam combat in 1967. And I consider myself blessed to have such a great facility as our UMLY so close.
