Pickleball program development.
The instructors in classes I’ve taken are clearly well qualified and engaging and the facility’s well maintained. I like the other members and the family feel of the place.
I mostly use the Y to swim laps. I also like the extensive tennis program and being able to get lessons. I do have a problem with the temperature of the pool water. The B pool is too cold for me to swim laps, the C pool is a little warmer but still too cold, and the family pool is too crowded and has very limited availability.
I enjoy the fitness classes.
Soccer program is great - clearly communicated info, dates, times. In-person experience is excellent - enthusiastic and friendly refs and staff who are motivated not only to teach soccer skills, but how to be a kind team player and show good sportsmanship
I like that upper main line provided coaches. However, the combination of practice and game all in one made it a little challenging. I think having a separate practice during the week and game is better and allows them to learn the game better. In addition, since they practiced all as one big group and not separate teams there wasn’t too much a concept of team displayed. This is specific to soccer.
Lastly, I think that the communications were not the best before it started. I don’t think communicating the week of first week was best. I feel that getting an email at least saying thanks for registering we are working on finalizing teams so we know we’re on the distribution is appreciated.
Sitter service and child watch are awesome! I literally don't know what I would do without it. And the guy at the front desk is super nice! Wonderful place!

I am a senior and only do Aqua Fit. Our instructor, Rena has done a great job of adapting our workouts to the needs of Covid protection. I've made great friends through the Y.

My only suggestion is to improve your communications procedures. Your emails always cite items after the fact, after they have been decided. No forewarning. Would be nice to know what is being considered. What is in the works. Issues and such.
Staff is great. Indoor pool hours need to be expanded when you have more guards. Helpful if Aqua classes are out of the pool on the hour indicated.

Mr. Bill has been a fantastic swim instructor to both our children. They have made amazing progress on their swim skills. We couldn’t be happier!

Good value for the money. Well equipped facility
I swim in the 50 meter pool and usually find time to swim in the evening in the summer. I like the fact that you have evening hours and keep the pool open as long as you can at the end of the season.
I am about ready to try tennis lessons. There is a variety of things I can do. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful - especially during these trying times. They are patient with people and answer all the questions at the desk that I have.
The 50 meter pool and the nice changing rooms inside
Gym was clean and the front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming.
They scheduled my daughters at the same time on Saturdays; as a busy parent I really appreciated that. It was great they separated the kids by 2 years, as opposed to dividing them up by three. Toddlers and preschoolers really need to be with kids close in their age developmentally. Coaches were super patient, encouraging and supportive. We will definitely be back next year.
