What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like walking on the padded track with my husband.

I also enjoy the water class in the warm water for arthritis with my friend.

Well I have used a trainer. Sean, who was very helpful to me. I have not looked into any programmes for the present but may later on.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Great for the kids, coaches and refs are amazing. Such a great learning experience for my son’s first time playing basketball.
