I stopped at the Kennett branch to swim laps while I was in the area and had a break in my schedule. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool was great, the locker room was clean and well appointed.

The pool is always nice with clear water at a good temp and I can usually get a lane. The women's locker room is always clean and the air is not overly humid or musty like other locker rooms.

I appreciated being able to attend a couple classes at KS while JV was closed.

New machines and flooring in two largest rooms. New larger TV’s in the third room. All done very nicely.

Variety of programs provided….great location. It would be great if you could offer more frequent aqua aerobic classes….perhaps every day (morning - or evening for those who work).

I love the Y, and there is one thing that would make it better. Actively stop people from taking up residence on weight lifting machines for extended periods of time. Guys won't stop themselves from sitting on machines for 15 minutes or more while looking down at their phone. They don't look up, they don't seem to care whether or not someone could be waiting, or seem to care much about anything. They're on the machine they want to be on, they're doing some sets, they've got their phone--all's good for them---no need to reenter reality just yet. I've experienced this countless times. As a female, I suppose I'm not crazy about budding in while someone is on a machine. I don't use that many of the weight machines, but the ones I like seem to be the machines that guys just sit on and look at their phones for minutes on end. Looking at one's phone can make a person oblivious to what's around them. This is happening all the time at the Y, to the detriment of others. I don't look up things on my phone while at the Y, so I see what's going on around me, and this behavior is prevalent at the Y. I never see any monitoring or intervention by Y personnel.

Kennett Y is much cleaner than the Jennersville Y.
Locker room is fantastic. Showers are out dated however. Please invest in better shower heads.

Sauna is better and clean than Jennersville Y. The floor in the sauna is so clean.

Makes the Jennersville Y look like a dump in comparison.

Could you rotate the spin and Airdyne bike to face the front windows rather than the wall?

The Kennett YMCA has great workout equipment and the staff are to notch.

The creativity, counselors, the other children were friendly and inclusive. But most of all my children were excited to go and happy when they talked about their day.

The Core and Stretch classes are always great for me, including substitutes when Carol Ann is away. The classes have helped with my "aches and pains".

Kids are outside all day, unplugged, staff seems appropriately attentive (more so than another camp we tried-makes sure kids refill water bottles, more engaged with the kids, not just there to supervise), variety of activities, themes were enjoyed by my kid, made lots of friends

First name removed really enjoyed the super fun camp counselors. They made his experience! He enjoyed the field trip, pool, themes and special entertainment on Thursdays. Pizza was also very nice and appreciated.

The staff at the Kennett Y are the nicest and most helpful individuals you can meet. The Y has such a wide range of programs to choose from. My favorites are pickleball and mahjong instruction.

Very well organized. Staff and campers were welcoming. Good communication. My daughter enjoyed the cosmetology theme. She made nice new friends.
