I am relatively new but it is well equipped and the staff is friendly.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The people attending don't seem to be that friendly. No one make "eye-contact". Maybe put up signs that say "SMILE". The clients seem to be too much into themselves.

Pattie at the front desk is super friendly, helpful and encouraging, especially for me trying to recover from a financially devastating time and wanting to rejoin the Y and get fit again!
I was very disappointed that outdoor swimming was not available this year. I hope that next year all problems are resolved.
