Class instructors are professional and high quality. The facility is clean. There are some wonderful activities for seniors.
Love water aerobics programs
There are lots of programs and good instructors. Plus, the app for class sign ups works well and you receive notices if the class schedule changes.
There is lots of equipment if you want to workout independently.
I am just getting familiar with the various programs, but I like the variety of available activities.

As a way to get back into exercising at the Y, I am currently using a trainer. She is energetic, is motivating, varies the work outs, and challenges me but knows when to ease up. I have enjoyed the training sessions, can tell I am getting stronger, and plan on attending classes to supplement my training sessions.

The Kennett YMCA is a very good place. The staff is helpful. The forever well program is very nice and includes special occasions / events for all.
A few suggestions to improve the overall experience are the following:
Summer: Open the Kennett pool to its members all the time.
The web site for the YMCA needs to be more user friendly. It is extremely difficult to find what you want especially if you want to volunteer. or sign up for a class.
I don't use programs or activities. But they do seem to have a wide range of options
This is a lovely YMCA! It's very clean and fresh and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great facilities too!
