I love the chair fit lite classes. Chair yoga also very good. I would like for the chair fit lite to have a fourth day a week.

This location was very nice and I love the layout and the work out equipment available.

We also utilized the child-watch and although there was only 1 person there our children enjoyed the toys and activities available to them as well.

You offer so many wonderful classes and activities and your teachers are phenomenal! Your staff is friendly and helpful too!
