This is the third time I've had Zerorez in to clean my carpets in the last 3-4 years. As usual, the Zerorez agent (Cedric) was on time, pleasant, courteous, professional, and thorough. The difference before and after cleaning is amazing, especially in a room that had major stains. It came out perfect! I had an event with 45 guests in my house two nights later. Needless to say, the carpet was one thing about which I had no worries. Thank you, Zerorez, I'll be using your services again down the road.
We were very happy with the work that was done. Our appt had been pushed back to the end, which was fine. I was surprised that the carpets were not as dry when they finished as they had been the first time I used Zerorez a couple years ago. Our socks were wet from walking on them and the carpets were still pretty damp when we went to bed. It's just not what is advertised. I'm thinking maybe it's because we were the last stop? But overall, they did a great job in cleaning up the trouble spots. There were a few spots that they just couldn't get out.

It was fast and my carpets look fabulous. I have 3 big dogs so had lots of stains and dirt. The carpets are 20 years old so I wasn’t expecting much but the stains are dirt are all gone! I’m so pleased!!! Can’t wait to have zerorez back to clean my tile and area rugs!
