I was super unhappy with the carpet cleaning NOV 3 and called the office e Nov 8th. They scheduled someone to come out and re-clean. What a difference! This second tech ( I think his name was Eric) was FANTASTIC. Polite, hard working and it was very clear he was very interested in making sure we were satisfied!
