Clean service professional
All of the people at Zerorez are super nice. We did need them to come out 5 different times to get most all of the stains out, but they had no issue coming back. I was disappointed at first as it took until after the 4th visit (which was the second time for the pad flush) to see any drastic change and then the 5th time cleaned most of the rest up. But after all 5 times, I am very pleased with the final results. I do wish it would have worked on the first or at least the second time as my basement was basically disassembled for over 3 weeks.

Your product did not leave my carpets soaking wet as others have in the past.The young man, Jared was very professional, friendly and efficient. We had some bad stains and he was able to clean up everything so that our carpets look like new. We were able to put back items within 6 hours and it looks great. 5 Star performance and results.

Justin was great. He was very kind, professional and most of all seemed trustworthy. I don't feel like he tried to just upsell stuff I didn't need. He made recommendations and did exactly what I needed. He also went over the total price to the dollar before starting anything so there was no surprises. He got the job done right and pretty quick. My carpet looks great and smells great so I am happy. Highly recommend!
Our professional, knowledgeable, and personal technician had warned that some traffic areas may not come clean because our carpet was old. He was right, but I was able to improve them with my cleaning products so I gave ZEROREZ a score of 8. ZEROREZ contacted us and offered to work on the stains as part of their “Love It” guarantee. Mark used a stronger solution and pretty much cleaned the entire carpet. Guests had commented on how great our carpet looked after the first cleaning and wanted the name of the company that had cleaned it. I called them after the second cleaning to tell them how incredibly better it now looked.
