And he did ask me after he had completed the work we wanted done if there was anything else we might want done. Justin was a very personable yet professional young man, seemed very eager to see us happy with the work, and we appreciated a job well done.

The carpet is fresh and clean with no weird fragrance smell. It is soft and not crunchy like other companies we have used. Every employee we have worked with has always been nice and efficient.
Friendly technician, carpets were dry by end of same day after having a morning appointment, stain lifting pre-treatment was a great idea but was on the pricier side based on our small bedroom sizes.
