The techs are professional and the service is great! Unfortunately, not all carpets can be saved and after 3 cleanings, the dog smell is still there.

I would have given a 10, but our technician, who was VERY nice and professional, was not wearing his mask properly in our home. We are very careful about our exposure, so it was an awkward situation when he didn't have his mask over his nose 90% of the time and the rest of the time, he would pull it down to talk!!! Which 100% defeats the purpose of the mask. PLEASE please please educate your staff and don't put customers in awkward positions of feeling exposed in their own homes. :-/

I was confused about the cost. On KMOX you advertise that three rooms are cleaned for $129, but the invoice says the basic cost is $149.?? I agreed to the price Daniel quoted because I didn’t want him to have any problems. My daughter called in the order. She may not have known about the special offer.
Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Didn't rush us in deciding if we wanted to move forward with getting our carpets cleaned because we knew not all the stains would come out. We felt confident that the carpets were cleaned and sanitized.
