Last session was great!!!

The instructors are awesome, very kind and attentive to everyone in class. I’ve never experienced any bad vibes when I walked through the door. I’m always greeted with warmth and smiles. The classes are definitely giving me exactly what I need so far, flexibility, relaxation, and a good challenge. I love IT. My last two instructors at Pentagon city were Ché and Monica. One was a sculpt class and one was Core Power Yoga 2. Monica’s sculpt class will definitely give you the challenge that you are looking for , it is very intense but educational and fun! Ché’s core power 2 class was a necessity for me to take it back to the basics and practice my form. She seems very kind and her class is relaxing and will remind you of why you love yoga. I’m still very impressed with the entire experience.

Class was great, and thankful for CP having classes on Thanksgiving! Wish the classroom did not have the window for people to look in and wish the instructor could have been doing the class as well to watch her instead of stalking others to figure out the moves.

I love corepower yoga pentagon city! I love HPF so much!!! all the instructors are very personable, and the general energy and vibe in the classes is always positive and high! Ive taken a couple of my friends with me and they love it as well!!!

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and very well versed in positions and leading classes.

Love Linhs C2 classes! She is a great instructor with new and challenging sequences.

Some of the new instructors or other instructors fumble around with their words and teach a very basic C2 class that leaves me daydreaming and wondering when it’s going to be over.
