I love the classes and the instructors here. Core Power is my favorite yoga that is offered, the setting, the heat and instructors really make this studio the best.

I really like the kindness of the teachers and their routines. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the studio was crowded and I didn’t feel comfortable in one of the classes. With the virus still out there, I prefer the classes in which you have more distance between the students.
CorePower is the workout I've been looking for! Yoga+strength+cardio increases my metabolism and burns fat while being challenging and fun!

The C1 class is perfect for me. I can go at my own pace and the workout routine helps me relax and get a good night's sleep. I also appreciate the evening schedule that allows me to attend after working hours.
The kindness of the instructors and the fact that everyone gets to go at their own pace. There’s no shaming if you need a little break during a session.
