All the classes and the attention to detail of the teachers
Good atmosphere, motivational and encouraging teachers, no judgment about my terrible flexibility and lackluster cardio endurance, and great workouts. I say this as a dude who used to hate yoga since it was beaten into me as a school kid in India. Thanks for being a part of helping me rediscover my culture.
I started at CPY Pentagon City in January. I had recently moved to VA from MA and was missing hot yoga. At first, I started off with C2 classes and really enjoyed Ope's class. Then I decided to try a sculpt class and loved Cambre and Katie's 4:30 classes. On Friday's I attend Mark's class and this is a C1 class which is great for me to get back to the basics. Now I am taking HPF and am obsessed. Shea and Amanda's classes are my favorite. I love being able to take different classes throughout the week to challenge my body in different ways. I highly recommend CPY to everyone!

The instructors are nice, I love the sculpt classes, the classes aren’t too big or overcrowded, the entire studio is clean.

Teacher was fabulous, class and music was great! Fantastic and challenging workout, loved it! I went to the website so I knew what I was signing up for and to learn about the classes, which everyone should do so they know what the deal is!

Chelsea's class is the best! Would recommend it to anyone. The studio overall is excellent too. One suggestion: if there is free public parking available, it could be advertised more. Maybe a small sign with info, location, etc.
Thank you for accommodating me and my friends while we were visiting from out of town this week! You made us feel welcome and had plenty of equipment to loan out. Fabulous instructors and great class options.
