It is very a welcoming place. Everyone I interacted with were nice and professional yet kind and friendly. The studio is clean with what appears to be wooden floors. I attended two classes and the staff were very nice.

Great instructors and variety of different kinds of classes

Love this studio!! My only complaint about CPY in general is the class size allowed is too many. It’s uncomfortable to be mat to mat and classes do tend to be full. Further, if teachers allow over class size by letting people in from the waitlist when it’s already full. Lastly, letting people in late- even 5 min - is so disruptive to those who get there on time. Once class begins, I do not want to move my mat to make room for late people.

It’s a great studio, but I recommend removing the carpet from the locker room. I just don’t think it is very hygienic.

Knowledgeable, attentive, genuinely kind instructors. Always a warm soulful vibe in this studio. Lighting (properly used) and candles awaken spirit, flow, and critical to having the best experience. Understanding this concept is especially noteable. They're intentional about it in that you leave feeling your absolute best.
